Wrap the Mackerel fillet in foil and bake roughly 170 in fan oven, around 10-15 mins. Steam your prefered selection of veg, I added some pesto pasta, but it would turn out just as nice without. Added some mixed leaf salad and a very thin drizzle of Thai sweet chilli sauce.
