Buffalo Commercial Microwave
This was in a 'Lock-Out' mode. It turned out that the door was loose on it's mountings, causing the limit switches inside to purposely blow two of the high voltage fuses. The microwave, as most are, was designed to do this as a safety feature, to dis-able the magnetron, preventing it from generating. Stripped and re-mounted the door, replaced the two fuses, tested and got the unit back to normal.
